You will be working in a small team that delivers all VMG finance requirements.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing of sales administration paperwork during dual running as we migrate from current excel based Sales & Cost of Sales recording systems to new CRM, Apptivo.
  • Processing of AP and AR invoices, ensuring bills and invoices processed are correctly coded using Xero tracking codes and reconciling them to payments and receipts in appropriate bank accounts and ledgers in Xero.
  • Reconciling Xero to Apptivo using Excel, ensuring bills and invoices correspond.
  • Assisting with production of exhibition, time related, management accounts and forecasts.
  • Posting journal entries as required.
  • Exporting reports from Xero to analyse actual expenditure and revenue against forecasted projections.
  • Managing correspondence via email and assisting with Credit Control function as required including liaising with clients regarding questions regarding invoices, their payments and processing proof of insurance.
